Postdoctoral associated lab of cellular and molecular biology at NYU (New York University Abu Dhabi)

_Thesis was part of the Red Sea metagenomics research project (a partnership between AUC and KAUST)._Thesis Advisor: Professor Hamza El Dorry_Thesis title: Identification of potential subtilisin-like serine proteases from the microbial community of the Red Sea Atlantis-II brine pool using a metagenomic approach.
Awarded a Full KAUST fellowship (scholarship) as a Research assistant for finishing the MSc. of biotechnology at the American University of Cairo –AUC- (September 2010-February 2012).
