Dr. Manula is bioinformatician analyzing epigenetic datasets generated by next generation sequencing technologies. Denovo genome sequencing, structural variation studies, Transcroptomic analysis, RNAi component’s study and ChIP-Seq binding of Ago1 and Dicer1 are some of the project where she is involved. Majority of the projects are to understand the role retrotransposons in cell identity, reprogramming and differentiation.
